Basement smells horrible! Too bad too because the knecman show downstairs is THE BEST. Bouncers are extraordinarily rude.

Large selection of brews on draft. Twas the only place that was showing the premiere league game but without sound. Traditional pub fare and a few shareables available. Coat check available. Warm place for respite from the wi d chill. Friendly staff.

Jack and Kaylen were awesome hosts. We enjoyed the live music and the food! Great Irish atmosphere.

If I would give it no star , fish and ships was soggy not eatable, my son's burger was cooked with its paper my son remained without lunch . Expensive for what I don't understand, the service was average. They didn't apologize for my son's meal and the worst thing is that the waiter Madison stole my money ,she charged me with 32$ tips without my permission. Never go back to that restaurant no matter what ,taking advantages of tourists and stealing there money ,we paid 25$ for no service plus 32 $ tips by the waiter choice what a lunch that??.Ah forget I called them back to speak to the manager but who answered cut the phone call.I spoke with the manager she explained that the line was cut off and apologized for my son's food.

Kaylen and Jack were amazing bartenders. They helped us with our whiskey off- Irish vs Scotch. Irish is in the lead.

Stopped in here during The Apple Harvest Festival. We ordered a couple appetizers and beers to get out of the rain. The potato skins were fantastic! Nachos were good too. Not many vegetarian options however. Our server was nice. She checked up on us regularly. The hot chocolate wasn’t great, although it looked delicious. The booths were comfortable, food/beers were good, service was good enough. Decent pub!

Came with the family and friends during a short holiday. They have lots of craft beers on the tap. Great ambiance and customer service. We tried different local craft beers from collinwood brewary, side launch. Servers know their stuff.Overall good experience

Popped in here for a pint on my business trip. The staff were friendly and approachable. Wings were great. They have a great deal of whiskies and beer to choose from, some very niche whiskies for enthusiasts to enjoy.It was pretty busy as there was a conference happening at the time, so the restaurant was pretty loud, but the servers were working very hard to make sure that everyone got taken care of. All in all, a positive visit. Will be back

Ordered chicken wings and poutine. Chicken wings were dry no taste no juise. Looks like were precooked long time ago. 7 wings for $20. Poutine was salty and too much fried. Asked fork for my son never got it. Managed finish without fork. Put two stars only for interior. Dont want coming here again

After spending 300 dollars here, we got charged for a spilt drink. The bartender was rude, hostile, and would not comp the drink. It was an unbelievably negative experience.

1.We found the table by ourselves, no one help us even we waited for long time.2.No water service, no one hand the menu after 15mins3. We waited for the food for 1 hr....4. We only only see the Hillary twice who is our server. When we order and when we pay the bill5. No one care about us when we wanna pay the bill, everyone was running like a crazy and passed usAND THE FOOD IS SUPER SALTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had worst food and drinks here during our weekend trip at the Blue Mountain. There are several options people, don't waste your money at this place. Ordered Irish Whiskey large with diet coke and felt cheated - It was all diet coke with minimal traces of Jameson.Overall, bad experience, could have given half star or none.

Horrendous experience. We were extremely disappointed with our service and the food that was provided.- Server kept forgetting our drinks- when it did come it wasn't always what we ordered- didn't bring cutlery when asked- no ketchup, tartar, condiments- continuously brought wrong food and drinks to wrong people- told us 15 minutes after ordering they were out of chicken which a few people at the table orderedHostess was extremely nice and the only positive of this experience. Maybe she should be getting the tables and tipsIf you do go, absolutely avoid the beef dip. Most pathetic excuse for a sandwhich and I'm pretty sure it was served with beef broth for dip.

Great place for a hearty meal! We were really exhausted and cold after touring the great blue mountain area. The pub was warm and welcoming. Surprisingly child friendly too. We got seats that offered views of the mountains. Along with Irish best the fish n chips and other food we ordered tasted fabulous. And yes, the clean toilet was another great facility.

We only came in for some beers 🍻 on tap & there was quite a decent selection, plus a 1 man band was on stage & playing that night & he was really good! or was I just really loaded? Lol. 😂 J/k he took requests & played everything we could throw at him. I can't comment on the food since we didn't eat. But looks good from pictures. Will come back again. 👌

Cold meat pie. Drinks arrived after the food!?! Slow service. Save your pennies.

Twenty dollars for cold fish and chips in a take out container. Had to remind the server that a knife and condiments might be a good idea. The fish was meagre and overcooked .

Our server whisper was fantastic, had a few drinks and she was very polite and attentive

Had a few issues here: they only take cash or credit which was not told to us until the bill came - hugely disappointing. Had to use ATM -$3 fee for that. 18% gratuity which is high given the level of customer service given and they forgot one of our group members orders. My food was good so I gave an extra star.

Service took forever, food took way too long to get to us and was cold when we got it.. we didn't even get plates. owner was rude and also were not informed we would have to all pay on one bill (as a group of 8). Overall worst experience in a long time.

Went on a Wednesday night. Live music was great and there was a really good atmosphere. Food was nice, especially their chips. The Irish server was excellent. Definitely a bar to hit up while at Blue Mountain, I'd recommend for the live music alone. Tip for the mgt. Clean the menus, there was a nasty smell off them!

REALLY DISAPPOINTED HOW THE QUALITY OF FOOD HAS GONE DOWN SINCE MY FIRST VISIT 3 YEARS AGO.The french onion soup was not hot just the bowl itself, not the contents inside. The hamburger was tasteless, the portion of fries were smaller and was barely hot.The service itself was goid.

Initial experience was great. Jordan looked after us really well for the Apres Ski. We came back later that day for the live music as suggested and the bouncer was terrible. My friend was freezing and the bouncer refused us entry as she tried to run inside out of the cold. Such a shame. Turned a really positive into a negative. Great people inside, not so good on the doors.

Service was ok. Menu was extremely limited and key details were left out. To our surprise the food showed up in takeout containers. We were then told that their kitchen wasn’t up and running and the food came from across the street. We should have been told this from the start. My daughter ordered garlic bread with cheese... I was shocked when only two small pieces of bread showed up! I know prices at Blue Mountain are high but this was absurd. $10.80 for about 50 cents of food. The best thing we ate were our fries. At the end of the day don’t bother going to this place. Massive rip-off.

This was a good place to go with friends for nights out skiing. Our long term and best friend whisper is a great server, the best around

Was in Blue Mountain this past weekend for a girls weekend. We went here for dinner on the Friday night. I ordered a Keith's to drink - they were out. My friend wanted a 9 oz glass of wine but they only had a small glass.When my drink was delivered the waitress spilled a bit of it and never bothered to clean it up. 2 of us ordered fish and chips but they were out. They forget to bring my meal out when the other meals were brought out. The fries were horrible. The chicken sandwich was ok. We asked for water and when she brought it she asked if we were turtle lovers - thought that was rude. Did not take debit - cash or credit. Do not think I will be going back in our next visit to Blue Mountain.

You need to prepare yourself for mediocre service when you come in this place. They do not make bloody Mary’s, no Moscow mules, and when I had a craving for a grilled cheese they said no because it’s only for the kids menu. During the Christmas season I was expecting a warmer and more accommodating service but I guess that’s too much to ask. Happy holidays folks!

Had a steak sandwich half of the meat was fat if I could give a zero star I would. This is my first review never had food this bad. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Classic Irish menu made choosing a meal easy.

A group of 5 adults and 2 small children. The atmosphere was a bit older than expected but the food was good. Good but pricey. Which is expected for a Blue Mountain Pub, but there are more trendy and exotic food places for the price you're gonna pay.

We ordered 2 of their signature entrees and both were very salty. It got really loud too during dinner time and they don't accept debit cards which is definitely a bummer. Would not recommend...

Really convenient location coming off the slopes. The hot chocolate and Irish coffees are great! We came back twice in one day for that. Food was good, had fish and chips and as we have both lived in the UK for the last 10 years it was decent actually. Would recommend over the other places around. Staff and service are excellent

Came here last eve with friends. Spent $100. Came again for lunch today. Spent $200. Came for drinks this eve again. My friend spilled a drink and bartender Jordan would not get a replacement drink on the house. Worst bartender. Not a way to run a business and look after your customers. Some staff are great like Hillary and Megan but overall poorly run pub especially Jordan.

Great Irish pub feel, great Irish beer, at the base of Blue -- what more could you ask for?! We had excellent fish and chips and enjoyed cold draft Harp with a nice view of the mountain. We've had lunch here a few times. A great pit stop during your ski day as it easy walk off the slopes or pop in while perusing all of the shops. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was phenomenal with live music and an Irish pub feel. It’s easy to unwind with a beer or specialty hot chocolate after a day of runs on the hill. The food was as expected from a pub - we were surprised to find they don’t give free refills on pop, and the Chef’s Creation was a let down. The baguette was tough, and the toppings and chicken were bare minimum as seen in the picture. We had to order extra sauce just to add flavour, which was disappointing.

We were there on July 27, 2020 for dinner. The waitress was clearly lacking training, which resulted in poor service and lack of information from the very beginning. We ordered 2 burgers, 1steak sandwich and 1 puttin. We given were given the option to replace the fries for salads at no additional cost, which we choose to do. The burgers were dry and a bit burned for our taste. We were served out of cardboard takeout boxes and at that time informed that the kitchen was under renovation and for that reason, sharing the kitchen with a neighbor business. Not only did we ended up paying $25 for burgerseburgers offered for $16 each, but service was terrible. Ended up paying $140 for 2 burned burgers, 1 steak sandwich and 1 puttin served on a cardbox by a very poorly trained server. I am being generous by giving them a 1 star.

I was there with my friends on Canada day. Absolutely terrible experience. I understand there is a pandemic going on and everyone is doing their best to make the ends meet but charging 17 dollars for a cold burger overall with cold fries is just not justifiable. All of our food was cold and lacked taste. Avoid this place if you are looking for good tasting food.To owners response:What a shame! First of all we weren't even there on July 4th because right in the beginning i mentioned we were there on CANADA DAY. It clearly shows you obviously dont care about customer concerns . We were a group of 4 NOT 8. Instead of addressing our issue you go on to defend your cold food and terrible service that day.

Amazing atmosphere on St Patrick's Day. Live music and dancing was great, and the beer selection on tap immense! Would recommend coming here if at Blue Mountain or staying in Collingwood.

My visit to pub was excellent. There is definitely queue and waiting in rush hours, but staff is well coordinated. They answer you well, serve you well, give their recommendations for drinks and foods. I enjoyed my time visiting blue mountain resort.

Service is good, but the food quality is very poor. Both the seafood chowder and Irish stew are just thick and starchy, without much flavour. Other dishes are not much better.

My husband and I were in the area for our anniversary. We started at C&A for dinner (which was wonderful!) and decided to keep the night going here. The staff was awesome, there was a great vibe, and the band killed it! Plus they have more beers on tap than I’ve ever seen in my life. Thank you so much for such a wonderful evening!! Will be coming back next year!

Me and my friends came by this pub while on our trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Our server Shelby was super nice and very quick with our orders. Would recommend.
